        <description>All grades awarded are individual grades and need to be justified by evidence tied to the work of each individual student.  In particular all exams, midterms and quizzes are to be performed individually and not by teams. 

In cases where work performed in teams is part of the course grade then the team contributions are also to be individually graded and thus individually justifiable. There are no “team grades.”</description>
